    Exhaust a bit too loud

    I had the same issue with my Flowmaster 70 Series Big Block. I thought it would be cool to dump it right out of the muffler. Well, the resonance in the cab was overwhelming so I installed the tailpipes that came with the kit. It reduced the loudness and the resonance considerably.

    I tried the lube method but it didn't work for me. I ended up buying that exact stepper motor "F" for Fuel. It works like a champ.

    Interior squeak

    Can you be more specific? It literally could be anything. Seats, headliner, trim, door panels, etc... Try to describe the location of the squeak. When does it occur? Does it squeak when you go over bumps? Do it squeak when you climb into the seat? Specifics will help others narrow down the issues.

    A/C cool not cold

    I had a similar issue not too long ago. It turned out to be the temperature blend door actuator. Mine only turned half way. If I adjusted to full hot it adjusted accordingly. If I adjusted to full cold it would go back half way and stop. It is the one behind the ashtray in my 98.

    I bought that set as well and was able to separate the wiring behind the mirror without having to pop the glass off.
