I just ordered some of these for my 95 Tahoe. I'm wondering what I should get for the second row since WeatherTech doesn't offer anything for the rear passenger area.
I bought a new fuel pump for a 1996 4 door Tahoe, and the plug was different than the factory plug but it came with a new harness which I had to splice into my factory harness. Color codes were the same.
I just called a Chevy dealer and they told me the 1996 fuel pump module with sending unit has the same plug as the 1995 model. PSI difference only but otherwise the same in case anyone wants to do an LSX engine swap without reusing the 1995 sending unit.
If anybody who owns a 96-97 4 door Tahoe has replaced a fuel pump recently, I would like to know what your plug looks like.
Does it look like this picture?
Does the plug on the pump look like this?
Does anybody know how to rewire a fuel pump plug for a 1995 gm or chevy to the newer style plug for the 1996 model years?
that is the 1995 pump. I need to upgrade to a 1996 or later pump for my 5.3, so I need to rewire the plug.
I have a 1995 Tahoe with an LM7 swap, and I'm trying to troubleshoot the fuel pump and I was wondering if anyone happens to have a schematic so I can troubleshoot the ignition switch, the fuel pump relay, and finally the fuel pump.
I have no idea how to troubleshoot without knowing which wire...
