I know this is old, but are saying go ditch the rubber gaskets for China walls and use the right stuff? Or to use the right stuff if you don’t have the rubber gasket
Been chasing this P0300 for a while now. 98 K3500 7.4L
Hooked up a scanner to view misfire data and it’s all over the place with 2 & 3 and 6 & 7 being the worst. I’ve replaced every ignition component, spark plugs gapped at .45, new Bosch fuel injectors. New crank position sensor and did a...

Replaced both upstream oxygen sensors with new Denso ( from Amazon ) and now am getting both codes. I didn’t get them with the old ones, but they had well over 100k on them and wanted to change. I swapped them with new ones from them after returning and still have the code. Is it the...

Trying to figure out why my CEL only will come on sometimes. When I turn the key to the on position it will most of the time not come on. One day it’ll do it for the day and sometimes on the same day it will not. If I have a code it’ll stay off for a while and then maybe once in a...
I know this thread is old, but I have found a solution to fix that gap with the head unit and hvac controls, also what’s that black curved bracket for?

I had been chasing a vacuum leak for a while. Bought a smoke leak detector and I saw a big cloud of smoke coming from behind the smog pump. Is the pump bad? Is there a seal or hose on it I can replace to where it may be leaking? I just want to see what to look for...
I recently replaced the fuel injectorss with Bosch on my 99 K3500 7.4L and it finally got rid of my multiple misfire code. Engine idles and runs smooth as ever. After it reaches operating temps, it still runs good but earlier today when I was backing into my parking spot, it stalled. I know the...
Here’s a picture of the good side with the wheels and shocks removed. Lol it could just be this is a ****** lift kit but truck was a good deal so I got it. Lift kits can be changed. But I just wanted to show everyone this angle. Okay now you can knit pick
I bought it with the lift kit ♂️
And I don’t need a shock connected to it, that’s not what i was saying. I need a new mount fabricated so that the hoop has something solid to attach too, and so that the shocks aren’t just hanging there rubbing on the tire like you mentioned. I think you...
That’s not the lower control arm, that’s the diff drop and lower control arm drop bracket from the lift. The uppers May be maxed out. But I just got it and on my prior ones I always put the ball joint spacers so it’s not maxed on the camber. But thanks for the concern
Lmao you guys really let me have it. Nice. First off yes the frame is straight, it has a 6 inch pro comp lift kit on it. Those hoops came with it to convert that shock mount point as a mount point for the bracket, and then to run dual shocks that connect to bracket that molts on top of upper...
