Lurching or jerking feeling at 55-70mph?

I had an intake job done recently as well. But my mechanic swears its not out of time. I get a random misfire code but only under WOT. Im getting a gas saver this week so the truck is gonna get parked and may just get sold off for a newer model or something smaller.

Still haven't figured it out. I also have bubbles on my transmission fluid dipstick so might be a bad torque converter. The misfire code has stayed away but problem persists. so im thinking fuel pump cutting out of a transmission issue.

Tried the brake thing and didnt notice anything. checking rpm and everything. The flex plate was replaced recently as well so all that was taken out and looked at.

Truck has 226k on it. motor..60-70k tranny around 110k

350 Vortec. New plugs, wires, cap, and rotor in january.

This is my first time asking this here. Just figured I might get new opinions. So it starts between 50-55. maybe before but i cant feel it. And all the way up until around 70mph then its gone. I have no idea what this is. If i take it out of OD into 3rd it will start jerking like crazy. Tranny...

Hope is not near me at all. Im up in the far Northwest Corner of Arkansas. As far as build plans I do have some. Going for an HD look. Tactical Armor bumpers front and rear, cargo rack, offroad lights, big tires, 6 inch lift. Stuff like that.
