Quick correction on this:
A ZZ502 cam will NOT directly swap in. Our heads do not have enough clearance for the rockers to depress the valves without hitting the valve stem boss.
HP tuners will tune a black box 98+, and will tune a 0411 swap
Yeah, those look like Chinese copies.
When you swap the injectors, you don't need a tune, but they may flow a little different. Your STFT's and LTFT's will vary a smidge but it'll be something the ECU can compensate for on its own.
Find some real OEM Ford injectors or some from a wrecking yard...
Each port doesn't need it's own o-ring. You could mold an o-ring of out of silicone if you wanted that would be just like the gasket made for the plenum. Two acrylic plates (so you can see voids) with the pattern milled out put together, pour it, vacuum chamber it, then separate them.

My the first set of powerstops I put on (Sep 19) only stunk when I initially bedded them in. They lasted only 15kmi with no towing.
With my second set (Jul 22) stink every once in a while with heavy braking.

Software versions of a previously used pc do not restrict you from using a PC with an older version to download, or upload.
The interface and what you are allowed to see/do with the ECU may change with the software version, but they cannot hard-code the ECU differently besides tune-locking via...

I receive a tune I cannot open as it's too new. Open VM with newer software, open file.
I receive a file from a newer version with a table I want. Open in appropriate VM, copy table into Excel. Export file to main machine, copy-paste to older version.

It's not, but why should I do it if everything's fine?
I've had stability issues writing after software updates. I keep the installation package for every version but unfortunately was taken by surprise when my firmware got upgraded also for my interface module.

Unfortunately I can't read it. I'm too far behind on software updates to open it.
Honestly after all of the EPA charges against that one diesel tuning company they may be locking things down with what you can/can't do with tuning software soon.
