How to adjust the Barn Doors?

On a gloomy grey day, I was backing in to a long dark grey loading dock. Everything was grey. And dark. I backed in to a banister/railing that apparently had been built between glances in the mirrors. Bashed it in pretty good. I drove it that way for a pretty good while. I was at the junk...

How to adjust the Barn Doors?

Does anybody know how to adjust the Barn Doors? It's tough to find any useful information online. I replaced my passenger side and it is surprisingly way off and banging the driver side striker. Loosening the visible hinge bolts doesn't seem to do anything. Thanks, -KP
