I am having trouble getting my head and my camera down behind the motor near the distributor to try and figure out where my oil leak is likely coming from. It only leaks when the engine is warm and / or running. Any ideas from these photos where to look and / or what to expect?
I did that once 2-years ago...trying to not have to go through that if I can just run a check. I will have access to manifold pressure gauge and k-type thermometer.
Thx
Does anyone have a tutorial for AC service on a 1998 suburban k1500 with front and rear AC?
Everything works fine but duct temps seem warm...I would like to check the refrigerant level the correct way.
Thx
Thx for all the replies...truck has been fine for a while since I started only using 4low in the sand. I can cruise at 15-mph with almost no throttle input. Maybe I was just pushing the truck too hard.
So I got my 98 suburban K 1500 stuck in some very soft sand over the weekend. I didn't slack the tires a lot (they were at 23 PSI) and I was just plowing sand in front of them before everything stopped. I did not bury to the frame or the suspension but I was in the sand up to the rim at least...
