Engine replacement/rebuild recommendations
I am in almost the same boat. Bought a '93 Suburban without a motor, thinking it would be super easy to put a new one in - but the emissions requirement in Maricopa County is killing me. It is super frustrating, I had no idea it would be this difficult. Very close to just selling the thing.- kavurider

Need some help/insight on what direction to go with engine swap
Thank you for the reply! I believe the fuel pump/lines are still in good condition. The radiator is a bit beat up, will probably replace it just to be safe. I don't have any of the original engine parts, including the air cleaner, throttle body, etc. So I would have to source those as well...- kavurider
