This a great idea. I have replaced the rag joint in my truck years ago and was getting ready to do it again. I think i will go this route and be done with it.

Added weight of a 454

Could a set of 3/4 ton or 1 ton bars help this out. Are the TB's the only thing different fron 1/2 to 3/4 ton other than hubs.

dont you have to buy fuel line extensions. Think they are about 40 bucks
