I currently have a '90 RCLB with 350 TBI with 700R4, that I plan to do an engine upgrade on. No LS swap, just a more stout 350/383 with a target of 400 hp/400 ft. lbs. I've never been a fan of the whole TV cable setup with the 700R4. Part of the plan with the new engine is to go with a Sniper 2...
Where have you seen these awful reviews? I'm genuinely curious, as I was considering looking into a Blueprint engine option.
I would also consider something from Smeding. Ideally I would just build my own, but new blocks have gotten stupid expensive compared to just a few years ago.

I wished that the Summit heads were still available. I should have bought them a few years ago when I was first considering this project. You snooze, you lose I guess. I do see a few with the number of bolt holes that you have shown in your picture, but the Blueprint heads I was also considering...
What, if any, aftermarket heads (prefer aluminum) are compatible with the OEM serpentine accessory drive bracket with no modifications necessary. Specifically the '90 version.
I was doing the brakes on my 1990 RCLB, and the old passenger side shoes got mistakenly tossed in the trash before removing the parking brake lever. I still had the driver side though, so was able to transfer that over to the new set of shoes.
If anybody has one laying around in their shop...
Our house is under contract now, and closing is tentatively set for 12/20, so I'd really like to get this a new home before then. Will consider all reasonable offers.
I'm about 25 miles east of Cleveland currently. We're moving soon to be closer to our kids who are in the Cincinnati area. We lived in Middletown from '95-'97, and in the Kings Island area from '05-'13.
