Thanks all! The only thing about the look I am going to change is smoking out the rear tail-lights. I can always revert back if I don't like it. And one more photo. The "short throw shifter"... not:

Thanks for the welcome! In NY, if your car is 1995 or older, you don't get a OBDII test. Just a "visual inspection"... lets just say the guy did a "visual inspection" of my headlights and approved me. Also, I currently have a Cat on it, so it would have passed the visual inspection. Here in NY...
