Yes. The V6 are very different. They are set back over 4" . The frame mount is rigged. The isolated mount is on the engine. Just the opposite on the V8.

My concern come from my ignorance in this.
I think it would have been easier for me to understand a 4.3 tbi to 5.7 tbi or a 5.7 tbi to efi. Both going on at the same time has me hesitant.
The ecu is behind the glovebox. I want my stock gauges to work. The engine I purchased comes with an MSD ignition also. My goal is to get it to run then remove everything I don't need.
I am looking for information about the wiring harness. Will i need to make changes/replace it. Will I need to do anything with the eprom. I am keeping the manual transmission.
