1998 GMC K3500 4x4 SRW. It's my old man's and he wants to lift it about 4 inches and put some 33's on it. He doesn't want to go much higher since my mother is only 5'2" :rofl:

When you swapped did you swap in different gears? I had the same issue and having my truck tuned to the gear ratio etc seemed to fix it. It could've had nothing to do with it but I haven't noticed it lately...
We've all got lifted trucks here, what do you do with your spare tire? (if you have one)

I wouldn't try to take that old injector out just to clean it. I broke a bunch of the old clips they use to keep them in the holes because they were so old.

the only help I can give you is that the newer pcm is easier to find people to tune. but since you have a 98, nelsonperformance and black bear should both do it. I got mine done at nelson works great!
