Can a 2002LQ9 bolt to 2001 4l80E

Can I a 2002 lq9 bolt up too a 2001 4l80e 4x4 without any flexplate modifications?

NP241 to 4L80E question

I'm going to be buying a 2001+ 4L80E 4x4 and want to use my NP241 transfer case off my 1988 k1500. I know i need the bigger 32 spline but i heared the early year trucks 88-91 might not work? Also my tcase is on the driver side and I would assume most 4l80's are also. Will the planetarys work?

4L80E LQ9 swap 1988 k1500

I've heard nothing but good things about a lq9 4l80e combo. I thought any 4l80 newer then 2001 is a direct fit to the lq9 (2002).

Any specific parts for LQ9 4L80E 1988 K1500 swap I will need besides relocate cross member, dip stick, 32 spline transfercase shaft, PCM flash and drive shafts?

I believe I need a 2002 and up 4l80 because the motor is an 2002. I believe the transmissions is a direct mate up to the LQ9

So you are saying my 1988 k1500 with a lq9 4l80 will have the drive shafts line up with the proper tcase just have to move cross member back?

Hey, I have a 1988 k1500 and a LQ9 in the garage. Debating possible transmission options and wondering how the transmission and driveshaft will line up also the transmission crossmember relocation.
