    The one on the left connects the current for the fog night. There is a solder point connection mid-spring.

    Update - This worked. The bezzel bulb is burned out....so one more step is needed. Ugh.

    Has anyone figured out what the second spring connector is for? There is no soldered connection point under the spring to connect with it is pressed down by the physical switch. No idea on this one. Not sure I need it for what I am doing but I still cant figure it out. The back lit IC...

    Thats where i actually pull the power from. Its not "technically" contant but just wanted to make it.clear i was not pulling from the daytime or lowbeams

    Well, the power coming out of D will go.to the actial fog.light....so its not entirely instrument lighting

    Both are used. Intrument lighting includes the dimmer schematics and the grounding schematics

    Yes....this is the one schematic I have from volume 1 of the service manual. The excpetion on this is that I dont want the headlight status to impact the ability to turn on the lights. I am pulling from a contant battery source
