    Check the cooling sensor next to the thermostat, the contacts will often become corroded and will give you symptoms of a choke being on all the time.

    A master cylinder from a turboboost model, the turboboost has a larger diameter cylinder, like a 1 1/8" diameter to a 1 3/16" if I remember correctly. When I replaced the Kelsey Hayes ABS unit, the vibration went away for a month, I thought it was fixed but it returned. I bled the brakes again...

    I have removed the fuse, still does it. I have turned the drums, replaced the drums, and turned the replaced drums, I have replaced the rotors 3 times, once from AutoZone, once from Napa, and finally a set of Delcos from Rock Auto, and I turned all three after the vibration was still there.

    I don't pull the dash, I cut the dash horizontal support with a Sawzall then take a Dremel with a 1/2" diameter saw and cut the plastic box and slide the evaporator out, takes 1/2 hour vs all day.
