Removing posi-trac axle shafts (need help fast)
You will need to take the center pin out. Its what keeps the axles from moving in and in turn keeps the c clips in their groove.- gmcierra

Rear Gear oil recomended??
The additive is just "friction modifier". You only need to use it on limited slip differentials with clutch packs. The G80 uses a cam to lock the axles together (no fricken modifier required). Friction modifier is available from your local GM dealer, the blue oval store has it too. Good luck.- gmcierra

OBX Headers
The headers in the OP link look awesome, and the price is great too! IMO though, a 1.75" primary is too big for even a mild 350. Good luck, and keep us updated please. -

clutch and pressure plate
I replaced a Centerforce dual friction with a RAM clutch afew years ago, and would definately recommend the RAM. It holds onto the power and has a lighter pedal than the Centerforce. Holley Carburetor problems
You may have actually had a combination of issues (varnish build-up on the needle and seat AND a lean "tip-in"). Have you checked your accelerator pump, diaphram, and squirter? I think if it were mine I would tear the whole carb apart and give it a good cleaning, since that seems to have been...- gmcierra

Holley Carburetor problems
I didn't realize Holley made carbs without an external needle and seat adjustment, but I would try this. I'm pretty sure if you take the back bowl off you will see a tab that controls the needle and seat. Bend the tab so your fuel level will be lower when the tab seats the needle.
