rear lift blocks??

ok thanks for the replies, does anyone know where I can find a block install write up?? I read somewhere that i'd have to remove the factory rear blocks which are 1", and replace them with 3" blocks in order to get to stock rake (+2" frnt and bk) Also read that 3" blocks are bad for such n such...

rear lift blocks??

when i got my truck it came with a front end leveling kit (2" keys), i like the look of the front, but the rear looks too low IMO now. How should I lift the rear so that it has the stock rake, only 2 inches higher? Lift blocks? do I need longer shocks/springs??:hmm:

What weight/type oil do you run?

I run 5w-30 castrol gtx full dino bones with a k&n filter in my 98 sierra z71 with just over 160k

ok so I had the cats taken off and sold them for 75.00 due to one of them being broken up on the inside. The other was almost completely clogged so needless to say my truck sounds and performs MUCH better than it did with the cats on. Next up is goin to be an x pipe and 3" dumps and if i can...

did your truck have air injection? Im asking because I want to run those but I dont know how much it cost or how to delete the air injection...Do you have any soundbytes of your exhaust that I can listen to?

CAN I BOLT TBI LONGTUBES TO MY 98 VORTEC WITH AIR INJECTION?? IF SO, HOW??

my vortec does not have egr, where can I find a smog/a.i.r delete kit?? or would I just be able to remove it and plug it?

yeah i saw the write up and it doesnt mention anything about an a.i.r. injected vortec. also would i just cut and weld the egr fitting from my old manifolds onto the new ones??
