    whats the trick to doing a #3 plug... ended up snapping off the insulator and putting a shallow 5/8 socket on a universal and getting it out that way... not comfortable on how tight i got the new plug in there. seems like its binding up on the steering column and i don't want to break a new NGK...

    ok question... my 97 blazer 4.3... pulled the plugs... great looking brand new delco rapidfire platinum #1's... well all great except... it calls for a rapid fire platinum #14. .708" plug... not a .460" plug. what kind of problems would having a short plug cause? incomplete burn...

    Map Sensor Reading

    What should a MAP sensor read on live data at idle on a 97 blazer 4.3 vortec.... i'm searching for a really severe fuel economy issue (11.6 mpg) and the ONLY sensor that i can see not reading correctly (i think) is the map. it shows 10.6 HG... i'm not sure if that correlates to inches of vaccum...

    Gas mileage help

    Here is the skinny... i'm getting extremely bad gas mileage... 11.5 mpg avg in mixed town/hwy driving, over 3 fill ups miles driven / gallons filled at pump. Driving like a sane human being. -97 Blaser LS 4 door 4x4 -235/70R15 tires, even tread, 40 psi hot, no major alignment issues...
