I like to leave the pre-luber in place when installing the engine so I can't damage the distributor cap. I run the pre-luber with the air drill while I spin the engine over slowly with the alternator nut 2 full revolutions and then put the distributor in after.
Frank has the Dodge "Elephant Ears" tow mirrors. They are always in Trailer Deploy Mode because Frank's got a big butt. Sucks going through the ATM but if the mirrors fit the fenders will too even when folded in.
When I switch the doors out they are going right back on!
That will do upper and lower hoses. If you just need the lower SUM-390036, SUM-390024, and SUM-390012 are single hoses the last two numbers are the included hose length.

It is normal for an engine to send out a bit of steam out the tailpipe @ cold start.
You may be seeing it because you are looking for it now and weren't before.
Like Shurkey said oil smoke is generally blueish. That could be valve stem seals on the exhaust side.

The gas gauge is inaccurate by design. It stays @ full longer than it should. So when the truck is new it stays on full too long so you think you are getting better fuel economy than you do.
The pivot point is too high and the lever arm is way too short.
