starter only working when jumping engine relay,

was actually ignition sorry forgot password to this account and my email it was tied to. took so long to figure out this without the info. although now i have another issue, key starts the truck. but now ive lost accessory again, only thing i want accessory for would be the radio not fuses so...

starter only working when jumping engine relay,

I have to jump relay under hood to start my truck, ignition will go into run position and come back, full range if you will, replaced relay under hood and no luck, turn to start and everything appears to work, signal wise no theft light on nothing, need help.
