    For a while now my headlight switch gets hot when lights are on. A new problem I’ve noticed is between 0-5 seconds after turning truck on, the headlights don’t come on right away when I push the switch. After 5 seconds, they come on when the switch is pushed. Any idea the cause? 1994 K1500. Thanks

    I’ve done that multiple times myself to no avail. My blockage must be beyond the needle. I haven’t explored any further because driver’s side works just fine, like OPs.

    95 tbi 5.7 randomly cutting off while driving

    When my truck did that it was a corroded spot on positive battery cable that had been spliced before I got the truck. Only way I found it was to let the truck idle until it shorted & I saw the smoke.
