Thanks. Its literrally just a bracket I found in the back of suburban that was used for the spare tire. Flattened the ends out, drilled 2 holes, drilled 2 holes in the bed rail and bolted it that then used a bolt and washer to secure the tire to it
Spare tire relocated to the bed. Used a bracket I found in a suburban. Flattened the edges out and drilled holes through it and the bed rail. Bolted to the bedrail, and a bolt through the lug hole of the wheel to the bracket. Will eventually put a strap around it to completely secure it.
Got the diesel front bumper put on
Rear lift blocks installed. 1/2 inch higher in the rear now, looks and rides much better.
And chopped the muffler off
The motor in mine truck has 282 thousand miles and its worn slam out, the tbi unit is nasty as hell and needs rebuilt, intake gaskets are gone. Has a very small knock when it starts up the morning cold. Its down on power alot. But I got a 5.3 sitting in the garage so thatll cure those issues.
