contacted blackbear wednesday, got another PCM friday, threw it in and its now monday. one little hiccup but i think thats more 02 related, throwing new sensors in today. seems like the seccond pcm fixed that odd issue, thanks yall for the help. :boti:
IIRC, the 4l60e and nv3500 transfer cases will not swap out, or so was the case for me. i had blown a nv3500 years ago, but kept it and its case. the 241c on the nv3500 was 27spline, the tcase in my tahoe is a 241c with a 4l60e 30spline.
i dont recall ever testing the boards, but check the pigtail from the harness, if you have the voltages at the pigtail then its not wiring, and pretty clear its the board. you can also check the splitter by the spare if you have the 4 prong trailer connector.

Technically it did, i mean i swapped the cam but not the cam bearings, and lost 10psi of oil pressure. And my pump was pretty wore out after i swapped it, it was ran dry a few times it seemed, galled and the gears didnt really mesh well.

ive got a buddy with HP tuners thats willing to look, but i went commercial with the tune just cause, well, theyve done it before. now that i have a baseline from blackbear i can have it tickled, perse. just more time is all i need, and a billion dollars.
