Fuel pressure is fine.. Figured out that the injectors had moisture in them and it froze and expanded the plastic parts. Got that fixed and now it won't run with the number 3 plug wire on but it will run with it unplugged. I've ruled out everything I know to rule out.

Mine shutters off and on around 45-65 and from what I understand is its the tcc solenoid. You have to drop the tranny pan and find the right solenoid and replace. I have yet to try it because I'm afraid I'm going to screw something up more and I don't have the money right now to fix something...

Unfortunately many I see these newer models having way more problems than the older ones which is bullshit because they cost so damn much. Luckily it's under warranty and maybe you can get all the kinks worked out of it before the warranty expires.
I would definitely do the dip, for one it will make it look better but just make sure that you put at least 5-6 coats on it and invest in a decent spray gun for it. I've been thinking about doing it myself and I've been watching a lot of videos on YouTube and I've learned a lot so look on there...
