No blower, radio, cruise control with push button starter

I’m trying to make sense of this if all these are connected. I made a post awhile back for my 1996 K1500 about an issue getting it to start related to the ignition cylinder. Tried replacing it, tried hunting fuses and chased wires but I got no where. It would take me an hour sometime to start...

Weird Ignition issue

No chatter on the solenoid but I do have some interior lights that work intermittently. The back light for the temp dial on the climate control works after it’s been running for awhile and the dome light and door buzz don’t work at all. Any typical ground failure locations to look for?

Thanks! Would this be multimeter testing or try bypassing them and see if it starts every time? Could I jump the posts on the solenoid for that test?
