It is an ECSB but weight distribution should help with a little right?

I do have a weight distribution hitch so that will help. I do need to get a trailer brake controller installed. Not sure on transmission or gratio is there anyway to tell off of vin or tag in the glove box? It has stock wheels with stock size tires 265/70/15s

I have a 96 silverado 1/2 ton 2wd with the 5.7 vortec 39k miles. Would it be ok to pull my 28ft travel trailer 5190 lbs dry. Probably around 6000lbs loaded with gear. It would be pulled 5-6 times a year. Tips suggestions etc?? Thanks!!
