Truck Name suggestions 97 C1500
I have been building up my 97 C1500 for a few years now and cannot seem to find a name that sticks. Tell me what you think. Suggestions would be appreciated so i could put together a proper signature for GMT400:) -Rick- Casillas34

Im with some of the other guys if your serious bout hauling stuff on a regular basis do add a leaf. just be warned the rear end will ride rougher unloaded. body lift wudnt be to badd if you painted the chassis to match the black lower half of your truck but rusted frame rail and no gap gaurds...- Casillas34

Can't disable DRLs for the life of me
I just pulled the fuse on mine and it works great. If you get desperate you can adjust your ebrake so that all you have to do is tap slightly on and the light will turn off but then your ebrake light will be on when you drive; maybe its possible to wire this switch on so the drls stay off ...- Casillas34

Finding the right wheels and tires for my 98 chevy k1500
Thanx man. Yea i was never a fan of the black wheels i used to have chrome. But the black looks good with the black handle and tinted windows. plus no washing or scrubbing brack dust; brake dust just blends in with the black =). The tires are 315/70r17 BfGoodrich ATs. My truck is a c1500 with 4"...- Casillas34

How To Put LEDs in Moonie Gauges
I did this mod about 2 years ago and i had trouble making one of the LEDs light up. I could never make it work. its bothered me everytime i got in the truck. After reading your note about the polarity I was able to swap it and now it works great! thanks youu have no idea how much that one bulb...- Casillas34

Finding the right wheels and tires for my 98 chevy k1500
If you have a desired wheel size and offset I would check out summit Racing you can filter by size, offset, material, finish, backspacing and a whole bunch of other criteria. I went with 17 wheel with 12mm offset i like the way it looks. Hope this helps. -Rick- Casillas34
