Installing an aftermarket tach
I'm surprised it needed a filter on these motors, I just ran mine straight off the purple wire coming from the distributor, tapped power and back lights off the radio harness, and it works fine. '89 C1500 with a 305- Aboutaquartlow

Mystery plug
Anyone have any idea what this plug is for? It's hanging under the dash on the passenger side, with a capacitor jumpered across it. Purple and purple/white wires.- Aboutaquartlow
