Adjusting the Band on a 4L60e

I remember my instructions telling me to turn the screw on the force motor like 1/4 turn for firmer shifts but dont remeber which way. I never did it but probably will when i drop the pan in the spring

Adjusting the Band on a 4L60e

That is the way mine is also. Normal driving it feels no different than stock. Wot shifts are nice and firm. I have almost 10k miles on mine no issues yet. I only have a vette servo and a spring from my superior kit installed in the servo though

I believe in the transgo it has you add shims to get a firmer a shift. I put a superior kit in mine so im not sure on the transgo

I guess I just didn't want to believe all this repair was needed. I should of know you see it on the surface then there is a bunch once you start cutting it up Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

I wasn't questioning that you have done repair. Its just I don't think it will be unsafe when the rocker is patched. The passenger side is the worst and the only one I took a picture of it was almost identical to the drivers side before winter. Driver side Sent from my VS980 4G using Tapatalk

Its a 21 year old truck from Ohio which I believe this truck is in much better condition then others around here that have not had work done. I don't feel attempting to make this truck...
