Well I was out of the Suburban game for about a year, long story short my company bought me a work truck about a year and a half ago and I did not see the point in letting this thing just sit in my driveway and never get used, I ended up trading it for a jeep xj to tinker with. Well things...

I ended up selling this one a while ago unfortunately, I did however buy a 95 k2500 this time to build a little better.

Well I ordered a new exhaust, rear leveling kit, tuning from black bear, and a snorkel (no I don’t plan on river crossing or anything but it helps with really dusty roads) and some other small stuff annnnnndddddd it’s all showed up while we are waiting in the hospital for the girls to show up!

I do have a tray for it but because my suburban came from California I need to get rid of the air pump that’s currently in its spot, luckily living where I do I don’t have to pass emissions at least

Thank you, the previous owner built the rack, he did a good job but I’ll be changing a couple things about it in the future

Interesting, maybe it’s something to do with IFS, this is the first IFS I’ve tried doing much with.

That is a good question. I’d imagine factory height is near the middle of the torsion key. And I think certain leveling kits can be good and cheap ones aren’t very good. At least that’s the way my past experiences with other vehicles has been.

I did crank the torsion bars and I also had to do a little trimming on my bumper. I’m going to go ahead and get a leveling kit for it.

I actually started looking into their stuff last night. I will for sure take some of their inspiration!

I totally agree with that! I get most of my ideas from that world but I think it’s very doable to convert a lot of that to this space
