Aftermarket Cooler installation
There should be instructions in the box or on the internet. I just put a B&M cooler in when i rebuilt my transmission. I remember seeing instructions for not having a factory cooler and instructions for if you have a factory cooler. My guess is you need the two lines run from the transmission...- 19Yukon97

Someone clarify shift kits for me?
Just rebuilt my transmission with my dad. Has shift kits for each shift. A vette servo for 1-2 2-3 and a billet servo for 3-4. Has all the updates for the 4l60e also. The shift kit is what is making it shift hard. Mine does the same thing. Its not supposed to shift real hard while just at part...- 19Yukon97

4L60E Shift kit
I just finished my transmission rebuild. Went with lots of new things. I burnt up 3-4, so that was upgraded. I only had 6 bands in the pack that was in the transmission. I know have 8 and they are of a stronger material. I can't remember the name off the top of my head. I also did all bushings...- 19Yukon97
