what else could be wrong? overcharged?

It could be so much, that's why I keep asking for more information. Your pressures are about dead on. I'd be curious what the lines going into and out of the evaporator feel like when the system is running. They should be very cold leaving the evaporator

exactly why I asked about the blend door. Doesn't matter how perfect everything is if you don't actually blow all the air through the evaporator.

how can i check to make sure blend door is closing? which one is the heat/cold one?

Another good vid. Click the link in the center to go directly to youtube. The actuator he's showing up in the right fwd corner is the re-circ actuator and that actuator could definitely be your problem.

Another quick way to check how well the system is working is to physically touch the AC lines. After a few minutes of use the receiver drier should be cold and sweaty. Check the temps on the condenser out line before and after the orifice tube location. before the orifice it should be hot and after the orifice it should be ice cold. Especially with the ambient temps you are having right now, the differentials should be easy to determine.

This will be a good way to determine if the issue is in your blend door or actually in the A/C system itself. If your lines do not cool down within a minute or two then you'll know the issue is under the hood and not necessarily in the cab.

True, he should put his hands on the lines coming out of the evaporator. Both should be very cold and should be sweating within a few minutes of run time. The accumulator should sweat and the suction line all the way to the pump should be cold and sweating.

Given the fact he's replaced 90% of the system, pulled a vacuum and recharged the system with the appropriate amount of refrigerant and the pressures are correct, I feel it's safe to say the problem is not under the hood. Given the complexity of the hvac module, I'd be looking there next. Check those vids out above for info on the hvac module. Good stuff in there.
