Any specific parts for LQ9 4L80E 1988 K1500 swap I will need besides relocate cross member, dip stick, 32 spline transfercase shaft, PCM flash and drive shafts?

New ACDelco transmission mount and hardware wouldn't be a bad idea. You'll have to either re-pin a couple wires in your harness or use a jumper harness from someone like Nelson Performance to convert the wiring. You'll need a new flexplate if you want to use all the TC bolt holes, if not you can just use three of the six holes for the torque converter. You'll need an appropriate torque converter if your trans doesn't come with one. Dipstick, fill tube, fill tube seal. Flexplate/TC inspection cover. Transmission cooler lines.

Are you swapping in the LQ9 also? If so, I'm interested! I plan on doing the same thing in my Blazer. LQ9/4l80/D60 front/D70 rear/~44" MT

I've heard nothing but good things about a lq9 4l80e combo. I thought any 4l80 newer then 2001 is a direct fit to the lq9 (2002).
