Interesting. Grate post. I haven't thought about the gas tank being in the way to do a 4 link. By the way, I have a firepower welding hood like yours, that I don't use anymore. I up graded to a top of the line Jackson. I do a lot of TIG work, and a good hood is a must.

I have been looking to do this to my Ext cab for a few months now. And that's the same kit I was looking into on Instagram. Can you show how the wish bone mounts in front?

Grining from ear to ear today i can't be happier with the turnout. I drove the truck around the block a few times and I'm satisfied. Just got a tester bed on for now. Jegs has some pre fabbed tubs for about $100 or a buddy has a bed I can chop up and use to make mine more factory. What do you guys think looks better?? Thanks for following the build!

What you have done, is not my style, but I do like the amount of work you have put in the truck. I have a neighbor who has a 65 Impala SS that has hydraulics. I watched him do the build for about 2 years. He lives 1 block down, so I did not know him. One day I saw him in the yard working on his 65, so I stopped and talked to him for a while. I would never do hydraulics, but likes what he has done. We sat in the car, and he bounced it a little. Cool car, and he is a grate guy. Anyone who has the love for cars and, or trucks, can understand and appreciate someone else's work.
