Trucks looking good! It's nice to see another lowered full size in the area. [emoji1303]

Yeah there are sure a lot of lifted rigs around here but not too many lowered ones. It's my first time lowering a truck and so far all the work is rewarding. I love the look.

I'm digging it man, looks clean, how low did you go,or did I totally look over it? Lol You wouldn't happen to know the name of that shade of blue, would ya? I feel the pain on being one of the only lowered trucks around, theres two bagged s10s and one kinda lowered FSC rcsb running around my town, the s10s are owned by the same guy,so its me,him, and one other dude that stand out no matter where we're at lol. Everyone around this part of ohio would rather lift their truck and put a lame LED bar on the roof like every other lifted truck you see. I applaud them for driving anything other than stock, but if you've seen one lifted truck, you've pretty much seen them all.

Thanks! It's a 5/8 drop. A mix of DJM and belltech goodies. The blue is a factory color just not sure which shade/ color code.

That's a 5/8 drop on that truck ?
Technically yes. The math adds up, the drop leafs say that they will give you 3-4" drop in the rear so I could end up with 7 in back but I won't know until I get the weight of the bed back on it

So gettin back to work on Ole blue today and put the driveline back in since I just got it back from the shop. I did all the necessary trimming and got it installed but when I took out the driveline the pinion angle measured about 3-4 degrees now I'm looking at 1 degree with the axle shimmed and the carrier bearing spacer in. Any suggestions? From what I can tell I need to get back those 2 degrees.

I believe that is Medium Bright Blue Metallic, a 97 color only if I'm not mistaken. I haven't seen many of them at all.
Very hard tp find color,I had a 97 z71 that was the same color but had the silver stripe down the bottom, there's another one running around here that's solid blue, looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I regret selling my Z,I got more looks in it than I do in my lowered 91 lol chicks dig the bright blue :D

It's been a busy summer but I am finally putting more work into the truck. Did a few hours of trimming to the lower control arms to run the 15's and started to fab my c notch together. This is my first time welding. After wiring in a 50amp plug in my garage I got to work. The photos are in order from my first bead to where I'm at now
