If you have a big enough tree with big enough branches you can use a tree branch with a come along or winch with straps ran through the door openings. Just make sure you use enough padding between the straps and cab and dont leave it hanging in the air for very long.

Pretty sure I saw a post where a member (maybe @Justin S?) used an engine hoist to lift a cab...

If you do a search on YouTube there are a few designs you can go from based on that. I've see one that was mounted to the top of a hoist arm and lifted on the top of the door jambs, the other where they mounted an eye-bolt where they guessed the center of gravity would be in the floor of the cab. Either way you're going to want a minimum of 2 people for the job.

I did mine by myself but my truck had a sliding rear window and a headliner I was going to replace. I put a board between the front of the roof near the mirror and through the rear window, then used the picker to push up on the board and lift the cab. Would have been better with one more person but it worked.

4 guys and a couple of long 4x4's Slide a 4x4 under the floor front and rear and each guy just lift and walk it over the rear end. Or build a gantry.
