Hey Terrick, what are the chances...and you're only just up the road!! Nice.
I'd love to come out - I'll tee it up with you when we get back from our trip as we are flat out getting ourselves ready.

They are nice looking rigs, good job! I really like the tub and canopy. I wonder if it was you I saw the other day out near the airport?? I've seen a canopy one running around a few times out there.

C, I dare say it was us out at Majura, we were checking the price of LPG at the servo on our way in from Gunning. Have you made up your mind as to where you are visiting while in the US?
A mate and I did it 5 years ago, LA, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon Caves and the train out to the canyon form Williams, then to SLC and then to Denver and finally 4 days spent looking around Casper / Glen Rock Wy. and then fly home. It was great, we had a 28' motorhome for most of the trip.
Has your pickup been put back to standard on the chassis yet? if not you will need to do this before putting a tub on it. I can help if you need some.
Catch up soon.

We have only made plans for LA so far to stay with the family for a few days, then our own trip and then back to LA to spend more time with the family before leaving. We will probably just get there and see how we feel and where we want to go this time.

My car has only had the ambo pod removed and then built the tray... I didn't know they changed them? The shocks at the back are shot so will change that, but what else did they change?

This is the joint in Lil, she is back to stock. I think it was about 300mm (12") from memory that was fitted for the ambo body.
You must be registered for see images attach

You can see the weld between the body braces, just to the rear of the tub body line.

Hi all, so I made it to LA and it's good to be back in the States for a bit. Been seeing a lot of nice trucks here, my family can't understand that the new Dodge Ram back home is over $140k and over here they are obviously a lot cheaper but everywhere.

Portland, Seattle and then Montana coming up soon, can't wait. Maybe I'll find some parts for my truck while I'm here. I wanted fenders but they will never fit in my bag

If you are driving up to Portland you will pass right through here. Let me know if you have a minute to say hello.

Hi skylark, I'd like to drop in but unfortunately we are flying into Portland not driving up. We might drive from Seattle to Montana if I can work out how to drive on the other side. Would have been good to say hello and meet people. Maybe for our 48 state road trip in a few years time :)
