I love the build, I'm do something similar with my 99 Chevy burb k1500, would like to see pics of this, for some reason I'm unable to see the pics you have posted, I have 2 burbs my 99 gas which I'm either doing a LS swap or 383 stroker crate engine from GM, and a 96 k2500 diesel burb, and a 00 GMC denali which may end up being a donor but for now is still intact.

I've read through this build a couple times and see some things I'd like to try on my '99 K1500 (OBS). Like the cowboy99K1500 above, I can't see the images on post #1 either.

Couple of conversion questions:

1. Are the front doors the same on the K1500 as your 97 Suburban; and the 99 Escalade interior front door panels will fit my K1500? My driver door panel is busted and needs replacing, so if the Escalade will fit, then!

2. I'd really like to see the center console pics. Again is the K1500 center console the same as the suburban? And the Escalade will fit the K1500?

1. The door panels will interchange.
2. The escalade console will use the existing bolts of your console. If you don't have a console you may have to drill a few holes.

My console doesn't use any of the original mounting hardware. It's just kind of sitting there wedged between the seats until I make brackets for it.
