90W7 yea, those pictures are perfect. Looks like the drivers side Hexs are a bit angled clockwise, and the passenger side are angled a bit counterclockwise. Also according to a post on fullsizechevy they are 5" hex center to hex center(originally designed around a Superlift drop bracket); and the older designs just used 2 1/4" steel plates at the ends welded to hex bar. The post also says the hex protrudes about 8"(not sure about that). Pvc pipe is used for the black spacer.

we just bought a '00 Silverado for my brother.....i was seeing what was available for this "food group" and found this:

i'd wager some geometry, cardboard and a compass would get ya close......

if i was going to lift my IFS truck i would absolutely incorporate this into the system.....why have anything under the truck hanging lower than it NEEDS to be?
it's also my understanding that GM used the same torsion bars through '06, but i'm not 100% on that.

I think the exhaust needs relocated because of the front driveshaft. I am not 100% on that though. It has been a long time since I have installed a lift on an 88-98

the torsion bar stays in the same place as per the Reallift kit, but the differential is still is dropped. the drive shaft angle would want to occupy some of the same space as the exhaust in my opinion.......thus making re-locating the exhaust necessary either way....i'd still go with a double cardan shaft in any case, for less stress and longevity.
