What size drop would i need if i have a 6 inch lift. Would it be a 6 inch drop??? It sounds like it makes sense lol but i just want to be sure because im towing my friends jeep on a trailer to barstow. Would not be my first time towing something, but my first time in my own truck and setting up on my own.

Back up to your trailer.... jack it to just above level (ish).... measure from your reciever to the bottom side of your trailer ball cup on the trailer(not on the inside but where the opening starts).. every trailer is different so there is no real set right answer....

sent from what use to be a great country...

My guess is you'll want more than a 6" drop, but you won't know until you measure. Not all trailers are created equal.

Yes guessing you will want a 8-12 inch drop depending on height of trailer
