I got a whole body minus cab, and rockers and cab corners soon. New rear end in next month. I love these trucks, got 2 between me and dad, but they are a lot of work when you buy one worn out.

Got the nylon fuel lines hooked up and the truck started, they worked great but I only ran the back to the fuel filter area. I still need to put a strap on two back on but here are a few pics.

Where did you come up with fuel line? I tried to buy the pre cut and bent ones from lines to go but as you know they don't have them for ccsb

Ebay, I'd have to lookup a seller. They are great.
Thanks, was lazy one day stopped and let a shop change oil, they changed filter, when they did it twisted line in back by tank and I had to patch a section. Need to go ahead and replace all of it. And by the way nice thread, I enjoy looking at what all you done.

Never really had to deal with drive train much, have quite a bit of knowledge about it now. I wonder if all the 4wd Centurions have a little vibration at certain speeds or just the two that my dad I have? What really sucks about these trucks is that you can't just go to the junk yard and get another drive shaft to try.
Mines is 2wd and I have same vibration your speaking of.

What speed does yours vibrate at? I have found of these that they are very sensitive to the carrier bearing alignment. I had to move mine up to get the proper angles and I only have a little let off vibration at about 65mph, you really hear it more than you feel it. But you can move my pinion up and down a little so I hope the new rear end will fix it altogether. On dads truck someone had re tubed the drive shaft and made it too short so I had both of our shafts re tubed and balanced. His truck was perfect except a very very slight vibration at about 43. He moved his carrier bearing down trying to get rid of that last little bit and it began shaking bad and now it is horrible. He moved the bearing back where it was and even installed a new national carrier bearing and rubber but it didn't help. Not sure what he did on his but he really wishes he could get it back to the way it was when I told him to leave it alone.

Mine had vibration at 35 and at 65. My truck has a 6 inch drop, with pinion shim wedges and had a half inch carrier spacer installed with the kit.shaft was dis aligned from the drop. I bought a belltech 're alignment kit, that came with shims and a 2 inch carrier bearing spacer and 2 trans spacers. Installed the carrier spacer and took old out and got rid of the vibration at 35 but still have a slight vibration at 68. Only noticiable with a bottle of water sitting in console.

After reading these two posts I wish I could find a steering column shaft that I could change to allow me to use a 2005 steering wheel on my 97. The first post shows the guy putting in a much newer wheel in his 97 and the second post shows a guy put in a 2005 and how to use a single stage airbag to plug it up to work. I just need to find a shaft like the first guy uses that will work in my truck for the 2005 wheel splines.
