Nope.. Too much going on to get them installed right now so I am biding my time waiting for a good deal on bags. I am not going to drive the truck this winter so it has list of items that will be dealt with then. I'll drive my LM7 98 Extended cab again this winter. That truck needs lovin too.. I will probably do ball joints, tie rod ends, a little crank and 255 85 16 Cooper STT. The 98 LM7 truck needs rear brakes too.. One adjuster is seized and I can't get the drum off (have only fooled around with it for a couple minutes)...but I have a complete 14bff with matching gears...so I might just swap out the SF diff to a FF instead of doing brakes. Would only be fitting. I call that truck Frank because every component is from a different year/model.
Why not 285/75 16 tires? Seems like the fatter tires will wear better?

well i bought a 1977 cavalcade that is pretty good shape compared to even 5 year old campers,it 3600 lbs and my stock 350 tbi did alright.. i have only towed twice being the trailer breaks dont work and i dont have a break controller in my truck, but hopefully with the new motor next spring it will haul a lot better

Two more recent ones.

Bundle of materials for my shop. Don't know what the weight of the wood was but I could feel it.
Over 25k with the backhoe but I didn't go far with that.

Probably personal preference. I like a taller skinnier tire with a nice square profile. 285s always look fairly bulbous to me on factory wheels. I put probably under 10,000km/year on all my vehicles so tread wear isn't a huge deal.

Picked up a used compact tractor, roughly 800 miles round trip, shredded one trailer tire on the road back....
