What about the crossover? Just pull it from a one ton?

Not sure what you're asking there...

Knuckles I bought for my conversion and had machined, but they're the same as the ones that came on the D60 I picked up.
Steering arms are from Sky.
Tie rod and drag link with heims were made by a local shop for the D50 crossover steering. (drag link from pitman arm to passenger knuckle, stock tie rod location)
While converting the D50 to D60 outers, I relized the tie rod would no longer clear the diff cover, so I moved from crossover to high steer. (tie rod moved above the springs)
In order to use the custom tie rod with the high steer, I'll need to shorten it a bit. However the stock tie rod has a bend to it and isn't as thick so it might fit over the ARB cover in the stock location. If so I'll probably use the stock tie rod until I get around to cutting the custom one down to length.

Not much progress.

The 60 is together and under the Suburban with Dodge 52s. The ******* Dodge leaf packs I built are a little too stiff and the axle ended up too far back, so now that I've got a tie rod that will clear the ARB cover, I'm going to swap back to GM 52s with crossover instead of high steer. If I want to run high steer with the GM 52s, I need to move the steering box forward a few inches for the tie rod to clear the drag link.

Picked up a set of the 2015 style tow mirrors (power/signal/reverse light chrome variant) but haven't painted the covers or rewired them yet.

Got started on an HD harness today today for 4hi, my HID fogs, and HID driving lights. If I can find a spool of pins for the 900x connectors I can start producing these in a few months.

Mirrors look good. That harness looks beefy. Keep us posted on how it turns out.

That I am. I've got a few weeks to get the Suburban finished up but once it's back on the road I should have a little more free time.
