having a hard time choosing between the 2, i am leaning towards buying the dorman gasket set because it comes with the bolts and they have it in stock at the auto parts store, but then again i have read some really good reviews on the felpro gaskets. what type of gaskets do y'all like to use on your truck?

I use Felpro for the majority, that's what my local parts store carries. If you can get the gaskets and bolts from Dorman as a set for a decent price, I'd say go with it. I had to clean all my bolts up with wirewheel. Couldn't find a manifold bolt set, and didn't want to take all my bolts up and match them with new ones.

I've heard good things about Felpro and Dorman.

I haven't had to replace my manifold gaskets, but I've always heard that if you don't want to do it again go with the Felpro set

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the MS98000T is the one you want. I know it costs more but the 98000t is the solid aluminum core one that fixes the gasket problems...you can use the MS90131, it'll fit and everything, but its not the one I'd recommend

I absolutely agree! Return the 131's and get the 98000T.
