Had to get correct 1410 ujoint flange.
1410 on the rotor, 1350 off to the side

My fuel lines went from this droopy mess:

    To this:

Also had to grind down the pretty paint to make a chassis ground it was hard to grind something so nice, but by doing it this way, I utilized the old idler bracket holes in the frame. I think it looks sexy compared to the ground strap with a self tapper holding it down. I will be making another one of these in the rear crossmember for rear grounds.

Dropped off the grill shell, core support, and front fenders

    parts in prime:

Got a nice package from DIY4X, new rear spring plates, D60 "flat back" diff cover and some shock mounts.

Diff cover before starting to make the Razors to match my rear cover

D60 with not so beef cover and pesky steering dampener bracket

    Removed front diff cover

Mocked up pure beefy diff cover, and the lines are roughly where the razors will go and the ram mount will go as well.

    Bracket gone...

to make room for the asist ram

getting ready to put the core support on and grill shell...

Here is the tie rod tubeclamp that the assist ram will be pushing, well it was made wrong... oops it will be getting split in half to be able to be bolted on...

Ram mount tacked onto diff cover for test fit purposes

    Razors starting to come together

    Ram mock up

Got the driveline caliper in, now its just a matter of making a bracket to hold it in place

The 94 originally used the fan shroud to hold in the upper part of the radiator. Since I am running E-fans, I found a set of upper rad mounts from a 96 burb that will work perfectly.... to bad i had to get the 34" radiator to fit the mounts then. And after all is said and done, a set of rad bushings from a 93 HD truck will then tightly hold the bastard in place.

Started mocking up the fans so I can get them all cleaned up, and make a nice set of aluminum mounts to hold it firm in place

    Nice amount of room still
