Ok formally 2 wd
98 ECSB chevy

Gm10 up front
14 bolt SF rear both in 6 lug

3 inch body lift

Sky's Sas kit

Plus 4 inch lift springs up front

I have my t case set just a little below the frame rails
-13 degree driveline out of the 4l60e to the np205 input
Case is tilted at 4 degrees down at output
From output to rear diff is also
-13 degrees
Length on that is 53"

Problem

I'm vibrating like a ****

Tomorrow I'm going to pull rear DL and put her in drive and get it up to 2500 rpm
Any other ideas to diagnose?

Some info
It vibrates bad from 15-25
Then gets a little better.
When I let off the throttle roughly 35 it makes a rattling grinding sound similar to a flywheel or a car being eased into part with tranny spinning?

What is the pinion angle? Is it the same as the output of the case?

I think you have too much of an angle on the short shaft to the case, years ago me and a buddy of mine built a 4x4 76 chevy nova on a old power wagon chassis it had a 455 buick motor th400 trans to a np205 like you have. The short shaft we made ourselves kept it just shy of level going to the case and never had any vibrations and also the shaft wasnt balanced

I'll double check the pinion angle I didn't grab that measurement

I don't have a clear cut way to get the t case higher to level out the driveline....

Do you think shimming the t case to assist would help any?
