I'm currently working on an NV4500 swap on my 95 Yukon GT. I currently have the transfer case torn apart on the bench. From what I've read, the only real difference between the transfer cases for the 4L60e and NV4500 is the splines on the input shaft. Is there anything else for the transfer case I'll need to change? I'm getting a seal/bearing kit as well since it's torn apart.

This is the Input shaft I was going to purchase to work with the NV4500:

32 spline input shaft

I've measured the input shaft bearing and it is the .630" version.

Thanks!

I did the same thing on my case from a 90's full size blazer (only difference being passenger drop). You seem to have everything covered. check the chain for slack, its cheaper in the long run to buy a complete kit with bearings, seals and chain if its loose.
