My 95 has had the 4x4 disfunctional for a while now it was slow to engage now nothing so prob actuator is a new thermal actuator good enough or should I just get harness and go electric I'm gonna replace sensor in top of t case too while I'm there

If you are gonna replace the actuator anyways go the electric servo route. Instant 4x4

Prob best is it a one n done kinda thing or will I have to worry about it going out again how hard is the "upgrade" harness

Not hard. It's plug and play minus the one wire that goes to the switch on the t case.

As for the servo goin out it will eventually happen im sure like anything else

How does that one wire attach looks like a screw on top of it. So ring terminal!?

You will have to buy the actuator and the retrofit/upgrade harness separate. I'll get you some links

I mean the clip that needs to be used for connecting the t case switch to new harness
