@NickTransmissions got my replacement input drum in today and was going to assemble it and I found this. Just noticed it didn’t see it before. What kind of issues could this cause? And is there any way to replace just the seal or does the whole piston need to be replaced?

Replace that piston. Otherwise forward clutch will burn up quick, if it even applies at all.
